Ms. Mel Rose Flores Angeles is the current Head of Human Capital and Development of the Pan Pacific and Park Royal in Singapore.

She has had vast experiences in various areas of Human Resource in different hotels in the city-state.

Prior to these, she was able to start her own personal finance management back in the Philippines as a result of her expertise, passion, and hard work.
