Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Teodoro Locsin, Jr. meets with the Filipino community based in Belgium in a gathering at the Hall of Presidents in the Embassy of the Philippines in Brussels on October 19, 2018.

Secretary Locsin concluded his participation in the 12th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) Summit, representing the Philippines on behalf of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte. This is his first overseas visit since assuming his new post in the Department of Foreign Affairs.
