Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Teodoro Locsin, Jr. holds a press conference as he concludes his participation in the 12th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) Summit and the EU-ASEAN (European Union – Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Leaders’ Meeting at the Europa Building in Brussels, Belgium on October 19, 2018.

Reading his preliminary remarks, Secretary Locsin stated that the Philippines lauds the success of the 12th ASEM Summit as it paved the way for further cooperation among the participating nations and discuss global solutions.
