Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Teodoro Locsin, Jr. arrives at the 12th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) Summit & the EU-ASEAN (European Union – Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Leaders’ Meeting at the Europa Building in Rue de la Loi, Brussels, Belgium on October 18, 2018.

The participating leaders in the meeting are set to discuss ways in strengthening the EU-ASEAN relationship, particularly on the Free Trade Agreement, Partnership and Cooperation Agreement, and the Investment Protection Agreement.
