Among the queries and requests sent to the program by the Presidential Complaint Center (PCC), our hosts, Broadcast Journalist Wheng Hidalgo and Assistant Secretary Kris Ablan, discuss the dilemma of Ms. Perlita Sumaya who now solely carries the responsibility of caring for and maintaining the medication of her parents after losing both of her brothers who served in the military. To help lighten her load of payments and debt, she is requesting assistance in claiming her siblings’ back-earned pension differential from the Armed Forces of the Philippines Pension and Gratuity Management Center (AFPPGMC). Likewise, we also hear the query of Ms. Dahlia Abarquez about the pension of her late partner, retired 2nd Lieutenant Albert Allanic Quinanola, with regards to having their youngest child be one of his beneficiaries despite not being registered before his passing in 2012.

Irresponsible and seemingly reckless drivers who continuously disregard the safety of our roads by ignoring traffic lights, overtaking and counterflowing, and operating their vehicles without proper plates and safety lights were all caught in the act in Pak Buking!

On DO30, we focus on the complaints of residents near Bayton Homes in Angono, Rizal pertaining to the inefficiently constructed roads in the area, causing much difficulty and heavy traffic flows especially during rainfalls. Along with this, we have received reports of an allegedly long-overdue road project at Earnshaw Street in Bustillos, Manila. This project has apparently been going on for the past years without any signs of improvement.
