President Rodrigo Roa Duterte hosted the 40th birthday celebration of Representative Lord Allan Jay Velasco (Lone District of Marinduque) held at the Malacañang Park in Manila.
As he gave his birthday message to Representative Velasco, the President shared his prior event in Nueva Ecija where he led the awarding ceremony for the troops deployed during the Marawi City siege. He conveyed that his administration would do its best to strengthen the Armed Forces.
At the end of the program, President Duterte together with House of Representatives Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez, administered the oath taking of Representative Velasco as a member and President of Partido Demokratiko Pilipino – Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-LABAN) for Marinduque.
