President Rodrigo Roa Duterte received Mr. Sung-Yong Ha, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Korean Aerospace Industries (KAI), Ltd. and other KAI representatives in a courtesy call at the 410th Maintenance Wing Headquarters in Air Force City, Clark Air Base, Pampanga.

The KAI delegates presented a gift to President Duterte, an estimated 250-kilogram miniature replica of the FA-50PH aircraft manufactured by the KAI for the Philippine Air Force (PAF). The aircraft manufacturer recently completed the delivery of 12 FA-50PH to the country to be used in national air defense and combat operations.

The President was accompanied in the meeting by Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, Department of National Defense (DND) Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, officers from the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) including the PAF, and civilian delegates from the KAI.
