President Rodrigo Roa Duterte presided over the 16th Cabinet meeting at the Aguinaldo State Dining Room in Malacañan Palace.

During the meeting, Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Judy Taguiwalo discussed the response and relief operations in Marawi City, while Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Benjamin Diokno talked on the proposed Fiscal Year (FY) 2018 National Expenditure Program.

Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Secretary Rodolfo Salalima also presented the cybersecurity landscape before the updates on the school openings and provisions of assistance in Marawi City was tackled by Education (DepEd) Secretary Leonor Briones.
