Camp BGen Edilberto Evangelista Station Hospital, Cagayan de Oro City

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte visited the soldiers wounded in the ongoing Marawi City armed conflict at Camp BGen. Edilberto Evangelista Station Hospital, 4th Infantry Division in Cagayan de Oro City.

About 83 soldiers who suffered injuries in the fight with terror groups received the Wounded Personnel Medal from the President. The government also extended financial assistance to the soldiers.

Military officials led by Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana accompanied the President during the hospital visit.
