President Rodrigo Roa Duterte was received by His Highness Sheikh Tamim Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, at the Amiri Diwan (Royal Palace) in Doha.

After the arrival honors, the President and His Highness were ushered to the Amiri Diwan Hall for the introduction of the Qatari Ministers and the members of the Royal Family.

Thereafter, President Duterte introduced the members of his official delegation to His Highness. His visit to the State of Qatar is the last leg of his journey to the Middle East, following his state visits to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Bahrain, respectively.
