Ms. Leslie Arlem Garduque has been in Bahrain for eleven (11) years. She is the owner and managing director of Media Circuit Global — an events management, advertising, public relations and marketing company in Bahrain. She is from Davao City and has experienced how then Mayor Rodrigo Roa Duterte managed the city.

She is also the current president of Phenomena Production, an organization of professional Filipino women that addresses women issues.
