Col. Ricardo B Bayhon PA (GSC) is the Defense and Armed Forces Attaché to the Kingdom of Thailand and a non-resident attachè to Lao PDR. He assumed his post last May 01, 2016 for a fixed term of three (3) years. Before his being posted as the Defense Attachè, he was assigned with the Intelligence Service Armed Forces of the Philippines.
