President Rodrigo Roa Duterte honored the Monument of the King-Father of Cambodia, His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk, during a wreath laying ceremony in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The President was received by H.E. Kuy Sophal, High Privy Councilor of the King of Cambodia and Senior Minister in Charge of the General Affairs to the Royal Palace.
