President Rodrigo Roa Duterte presided over the Cabinet and NEDA Board meeting held at the Aguinaldo State Dining Room in Malacañang.

Among the topics that were discussed during the meeting were the study of the small town lottery, the proposed Cabinet clustering, the implementation of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Bill, the Department of Health (DOH) modernization programs, the Metro Manila Flood Management Projects and several projects of the Department of Transportation (DOTr).

Education (DepEd) Secretary Leonor Briones led the prayer before the meeting.
