President Rodrigo Roa Duterte paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith of Lao People’s Democratic Republic after being honored with a welcome dinner together with his fellow leaders from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) at the Don Chan Palace Hotel in the capital city of Vientiane.

He was accompanied in the call by some of his Cabinet members.

This was the President’s final activity to officially end the first day of the 28th and 29th ASEAN Summits and Related Summits.
