President Rodrigo Roa Duterte named three leaders in the Philippine illegal drug hierarchy in a press statement at the President’s Hall inside the Malacañan Palace.

He named Wu Tuan, a.k.a. Peter Co as the Triad leader in Luzon, Peter Lim, a.k.a. Jaguar as the Triad leader in Visayas and Herbert Colangco as a drug lord involved in kidnap-for-ransom, bank robbery and in alliance with the Parojinog Drug Syndicate/Kuratong Baleleng.

He also mentioned retired Police Deputy Director General Marcelo Garbo Jr. as protector of the Visayas Triad leader Peter Lim.

President Duterte showed a matrix of the Philippine illegal drug trade chain of command that contains an extensive list of “persons of interest” like drug cartel leaders and government officials pending further investigation.

He also announced his efforts in allowing public access to information in the Executive Branch of the government which will be announced by next week.
