Included in the roster of concrete projects are the ongoing construction of the new Passenger Terminal Building of the Mactan-Cebu International Airport, the procurement of the repair and construction of Bantayan Airport’s passenger terminal, and the repair of the Mactan Island Circumferential Road.

In health services, there are four million Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) members in Cebu alone, belonging to the 93 million members nationwide.

“Hindi ginawa ni Noynoy Aquino ito. Ginawa natin,” President Aquino said.

Dubbed as the “Queen City of the South”, Cebu City has one of the biggest revenues in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry with US$ 926 million in 2015.
