Originally known as the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, the TCL Chinese Theatre opened in 1927 and represented Hollywood’s Golden Age. It has hosted several Academy Awards ceremonies and served as the venue of some of the biggest movie premieres of all time, such as the Star Wars and The Wizard of Oz.

Outside the theater are the famous handprints and footprints of actors and actresses who have made a name in the movie industry.
