Mila Aguinaldo, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is born in Manila and graduated from the University of Santo Tomas (UST). In 1987, she moved to the USA with her husband David and their six children. She is a retired extramural fund manager from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Twenty years ago, her family moved to Palm Springs where she built her successful real estate business since becoming a licensed realtor in 2003. She got involved in the operation of residential care facility for the elderly and eventually established the AM/PM Assured Care where she is currently taking care of six seniors.

Likewise, she has been very active in various organizations such as the National Alliance of Filipino-Americans where she is a co-founder, current association treasurer and a medical outreach co-chair.
