The second day of the IEC Theological Congress continues as the 51st International Eucharistic Congress draws nearer.

Today’s symposium highlighted the meanings that connect liturgy and inculturation in the modern world. One of the speakers, Mark R. Francis of the Catholic Theological Union from Chicago, USA, emphasized that culture from around the globe should always consider both the understanding and celebration of the liturgy.

Hundreds of pilgrims, seminarians, and church leaders attended the said symposium, which will run until January 22 (Friday).
