President Rodrigo Roa Duterte welcomed Mr. Henry B. Howard in a courtesy call held atthe Music Room of Malacañan Palace.

Mr. Howard serves as the Philippine Honorary Consul for the State of Florida, United States of America (USA) and is the founding director of the US-PH Society, a group that aims to further strengthen the longstanding historical ties of the two nations and to elevatethe Philippines’ profile in the USA.
