President Benigno S. Aquino III received Mr. Akihiko Tanaka, President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), in a courtesy call at the Imperial Hotel on the third day of his State Visit to Japan.

Mr. Tanaka was among those who witnessed the historic signing of the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro (CAB) which was signed on March 27, 2014 at Malacañan Palace.
