Edilberto Ortiz is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines and State of Illinois with over 40 years of audit experience and advisory services.

Coming from humble beginnings, Mr. Ortiz was a working student throughout high school and college until he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Far Eastern University in Manila.

He established E.C. Ortiz & Co., LLP (the Firm) as a sole proprietorship in 1974 until it was restructured to become a limited liability partnership in 2003.

Currently, the Firm is one of the largest Asian American CPA firms in the United States and was recently included in the top 25 of Chicago’s largest accounting firms.
