The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Bacolod City hosted a welcome dinner to officially welcome the foreign and local delegates of the 2015 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), which will be held in the city from the 29^th up to the 30^th of April. Highlighting Bacolod’s beauty and culture, guests indulged into a night of cultural performances, good food and the Filipino hospitality. This is in time for the declaration of 2015 as the “Visit the Philippines” year, which aims to promote and encourage that it is more fun in the country.
