The National Museum of Malaysia is the best go-to place for tourists who would like to learn Malaysia’s past. Spread out onto three floors, the museum houses Malaysia’s humble beginnings – its economy, geography, arts, crafts and culture. Built in 1963, the building has a wide ethnographic and archaeological exhibit of a collection of original artworks, notwithstanding these being destroyed during the World War II bombing.
