President Benigno S. Aquino III welcomed the delegation of World Bank Officers, headed by East Asia and the Pacific Region Vice President Pamela Cox, during a courtesy call at the Malacañang Palace.

 She was accompanied by East Asia and the Pacific Region Country Director for the Philippines Motoo Konishi and Strategy and Operations Director Ulrich Zachau.

Joining the President were Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima, Budget and Management Secretary Florencio Abad and National Economic and Development Authority Deputy Director General Rolando Tungpalan.
