As Commercial Counsellor for the Philippine Trade and Investment Center in Singapore, Mr. Glenn Peñaranda is the lead promoter of Philippine exports to and investments from Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei. He was a former assistant secretary and coordinating officer in the Foreign Trade and Service Corps of the Department of Trade and Industry. He also used to serve as Trade Representative to US Midwest and Commercial Attaché to Malaysia and France.
