A collection of never before seen pictures, documents, and artifacts that led to the bombing of Hiroshima on August 6, 1945 has been preserved in the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum.
It also displays memorabilia of the victims that suffered unspeakable horrors from the atomic bomb explosion, incinerating them in an instant within the two-kilometer radius of the hypocenter. Others who survived the bombing suffered in vain from unimaginable symptoms like various acute disorders caused by high radiation exposure which majority of them eventually succumbed to illness.
The museum stands as a continuous reminder of the havoc and devastation that the nuclear atomic bomb will forever have against humanity.
