President Benigno S. Aquino III met the members of his Cabinet for the 4th time to discuss rehabilitation and recovery plans still on Yolanda-affected towns in the Visayas region.

Prior to his attendance, President Aquino officially sworn into office former Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson, with the rank of a Cabinet, as Presidential Assistant for Rehabilitation and Recovery.
