President Benigno S. Aquino III led the inspection of the Araneta Center Bus Station together with Department of Transportation and Communication Secretary Mar Roxas, Metro Manila Development Authority Chairman Francis Tolentino and PNP Chief Nicanor Bartolome.

The President personally greeted passengers on-board a bus bound for Southern Leyte. He observed the security measures being implemented on the terminal and the conditions of the passenger area. He also greeted passengers waiting at the departure area at the bus station.
