On his second day of visit in Bohol, President Benigno S. Aquino III went to the municipality of Tubigon to inspect some areas that were severely affected by the earthquake.

He first went through the municipal building which was constructed during the American era and is one of the many old structures in Bohol province. The entire wall of the front of the building was shaved off when the earthquake struck.

He then visited the public market which is located just a few meters away from the town hall and went to St. Isidore Parish which was constructed in 1886.

According to the Office of the Municipal Engineer, the estimated total cost of the damaged infrastructures in Tubigon amounts to P160,000,000.00.
