Mounted in a 6-Wheeler Dropside Cargo Truck

 

Notice is hereby issued for the following clarifications during the Pre-Bid Conference held last June 7, 2013 on the Technical Specifications of the abovenamed Project:

A) CARGO TRUCK BODY – ALL OTHER SPECS RETAINED WITH REVISIONS ON THE FF:

*Cable Tray Assembly – with steel matting cover (all other specs retained)

*Drum Holder – with steel matting cover and hand-operated pump (all other specs retained)

*Flood Light – with inverter (all other specs retained)

 

B) GENERATOR SET – Sound proof and weather proof

Continuous Power Output: 150KVA

Standby Power Output: 165KVA

Loading Capacity: 393 A per lines, 3-phase, 0.8pf, 220v, 60 hz@1800rpm

*Powered by : Diesel Engine In-line, 6 cylinder, direct injected, turbocharged, aftercooled

*Sound Level : 62-65 DB @ 7 meters

B.2. BUILT-IN COMPONENT

1. Starter and Charging Alternator

2. Syncronous brushless alternator with AVR

3. MCCB Breaker

B3. WATERCOOLED:

1. Solid Steel enclosure (Soundproof and Weatherproof)

Unit Mounted Control (Can be Analog or Digital)

1. Starter switch and Warning Lamp Meter.

2. AC Voltmeter and AC Ammeter

3. Running Hour Monitor

4. Frequency Meter

5. Preheat Lamp

6. Output Terminals: 220v

7. Battery with rack and cable: Heavy-duty steel skid base

C) ATTACHMENT OF AN ENGINE DATA SHEET FOR THE GENERATOR WILL BE REQUIRED AS PART OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS DURING BID OPENING.
