President Rodrigo Roa Duterte presided over the 39th Cabinet Meeting at the Aguinaldo State Dining Room in Malacañan Palace.

The meeting discussed several topics including updates on the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) Normalization and other Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA) activities, measures to address the traffic congestion along Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue (EDSA), additional trains for the Metro Rail Transit (MRT), and investing in the Filipino workforce, among others.
