President Rodrigo Roa Duterte presided over the 38th Cabinet Meeting at the Aguinaldo State Dining Room in Malacañan Palace.

Among the agendas of the meeting included discussions on status updates pertaining to the Filipinos in the country of Libya, the government’s programs and policies that shall make the Philippines an earthquake resilient archipelago, and preparations for the opening of classes for school year 2019-2020, among others.
