State Dining Room, Malacañan Palace

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., together with the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Board, approved three (3) agenda items during the 15th NEDA Board Meeting at the State Dining Room in Malacañan Palace.

The approved items consisted of the following: the revision of parameters, terms and conditions of the University of the Philippines-Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH) Cancer Center Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Project; the draft NEDA Board-Investment Coordination Committee (ICC) Guidelines for the review and approval of National PPP Proposals; and the adoption of the Basic Education Development Plan 2030 and the ‘MATATAG Agenda’ as the national policy and plan for basic education.

The attendees in the meeting included Vice President Sara Duterte as concurrent Department of Education (DepEd) Secretary, NEDA Secretary Arsenio Balisacan, Department of Finance (DOF) Secretary Ralph Recto, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Secretary Alfredo Pascual, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Manuel Bonoan, Department of Health (DOH) Secretary Teodoro Herbosa, Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Jaime Bautista, Department of Energy (DOE) Secretary Raphael Lotilla, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar, Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Undersecretary Joselito Basilio, Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) Secretary Belen Acosta, and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Deputy Governor Francisco Dakila Jr., among others.
