President Benigno S. Aquino III received in Malacanang Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) President Akihiro Tanaka, with him were JICA  Director General Koki Hirota and JICA Philippines Chief Representative Takahiro Sasaki and Ambassador Toshinao Urabe. Also present were Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima, Budget and Management Secretary Butch Abad, National Economic and Development Authority Secretary Cayetano Paderanga, Jr., Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesse Robredo and  Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Governor Amando Tetangco Jr.
