INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CUSTOMIZED REMOTE BROADCAST VAN WITH INSTALLED BROADCAST EQUIPMENT ON A TURN-KEY BASIS
The Presidential Broadcast Staff-RTVM, through the General Appropriations Act and/or continuing appropriation 2013 intends to apply the sum of Seventy Two Million One Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Three Pesos (Php 72,195,853.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Customized Remote Broadcast Van with Installed Broadcast Equipment on a Turn-Key Basis. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Presidential Broadcast Staff-RTVM now invites bids for the Procurement of of Customized Remote Broadcast Van with Installed Equipment on a Turn-Key Basis. Delivery of the Goods is required _90 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Presidential Broadcast Staff-RTVM and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below between 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders starting on June 14, 2013 to July 26, 2013 from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Php 30,000.00. Potential Bidders who will attend the Pre-Bid Conference are required to purchase first the Bid Documents.

FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF GENERATOR SET MOUNTED IN A 6-WHEELER DROPSIDE CARGO TRUCK
The Presidential Broadcast Staff-RTVM, through the General Appropriations Act and/or continuing appropriation 2013 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 6,517,350,.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Generator Set Mounted in a 6-Wheeler Dropside Cargo Truck. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Project Description:
Supply of labor and materials for the delivery, installation, commissioning and testing of a structured cabling solution for 96 information outlets/nodes covering two (2) floors of RTVM building which must be alternately used for voice, video and data applications depending on the needs of the end-users. The structured cabling and components and implementation methodology must conform to International and Local Standards.
General Technical Specifications:
* The structured cabling system to be implemented must be an end to end solution utilizing Cat5e cables and components.
* The structured cabling solution is not limited to the following:

4. It will be the Supplier/Contractor’s responsibility to secure a written clearance and approval from the Presidential Security Group for the work implementation within three days upon receipt of Notice of Award.
5. Warranty shall cover all supplied items and services for a period of 4 years upon Final Acceptance by the Head of the Procuring Entity.
