President Benigno S. Aquino III welcomed Ambassador Mohsin Razi of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in a courtesy call at the Premier Guest House in Malacanan.  Joining the President were Foreign Affairs Secretary Alberto Romulo and DFA Undersecretary Erlinda Basilio.
