  After her visit to the Republic of Korea, President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is now inviting Russian travel leaders and executives to visit the Philippines upon her arrival in Moscow.
The Philippine government is proposing for a bilateral agreement of having a direct flight from Russia to the Philippines to increase our Russian tourists from 17 to 20 thousand annually.
The President is also meeting the Filipino community here in Moscow. Labor agreements with Russia is also being prepared in regulating migration laws and in addressing problems related to labor migration.(JPC/RJU)
