United Arab Emirates   After her weekend trip to Thailand for the 14th Asean Plus and East Asian Summits, the Chief Executive proceeded to Dubai to ensure the job security of the Filipino workers. The President will attend the employment and business opportunities dubbed as the Middle East Forum.
The objective of the forum is to bring together key players in the overseas employment of Filipino workers in the Middle East Region and to discuss how the Philippines can accelerate the filling up of large share of job orders in the region within the year.
The President is scheduled to meet with UAE President His Highness Sheik Khalifa Al Nayan in Abu Dhabi. In Dubai, the President will meet the Filipino Community and Filipino leaders in UAE. (JEL)
